These Messaging Terms and Conditions apply to informational SMS communications sent by Merriam Corporation, carrying on business as technologyWise, from +1 613-707-5739.
1. Messaging program
The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages may include responses to inquiries and information relevant to an existing or prospective relationship with technologyWise or technologyWise Academy.
2. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages through this program. If you later want to join again, use the opt-in process again.
3. Help
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected].
4. Carrier responsibility
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on communication needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
6. Consent
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. technologyWise uses the mobile number supplied through its opt-in process for the messaging purposes described above.
7. Privacy
Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing mentioned in our privacy policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
